Refund & Chargeback Policy

Due to the digital nature of the platform, all sales are final except where required by law. Subscription access, add-on credits, and bundle seat access are digital services delivered through the platform.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly approved by PGVH.

Users should contact PGVH or use the billing portal before initiating a chargeback. PGVH may provide acceptance logs, renewal disclosures, refund notices, usage records, and billing records to payment processors in response to disputes.

Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination.
