Master User Agreement

Beyond Insightful is an AI-powered educational market simulation and insights platform operated by Plantz Growth Ventures & Holdings, Inc. By creating an account, accessing the platform, accepting an invitation, subscribing, or using any feature, you agree to this Master User Agreement and all incorporated policies.

If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. PGVH may require acceptance of updated policy versions before continued access.

This Master User Agreement incorporates the active policy bundle maintained in the Beyond Insightful Legal Center, including privacy, refund and chargeback, educational simulation, acceptable use, market data, security, cookies, DMCA, accessibility, ESIGN, subscription, billing, bundle-account, and future platform policies that PGVH designates as incorporated policies.

A single acceptance of this Master User Agreement and incorporated policy bundle may be used to record acceptance of all active governing policies. PGVH may require users to accept an updated master agreement version or updated policy bundle version before continued use.

Beyond Insightful provides educational simulations, AI-generated educational content, hypothetical analysis, market study tools, and outcome-tracking workflows only.

PGVH is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, financial planner, automated trading advisor, wealth manager, legal adviser, or tax adviser. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or fiduciary advice.

Users remain solely responsible for all financial, legal, tax, business, and personal decisions. Users should verify information independently and consult qualified licensed professionals before making decisions.

AI-generated educational outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a user's circumstances.

Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. PGVH may suspend, restrict, archive, deactivate, or remove accounts that violate policy, create operational risk, or remain inactive for a prolonged period.

Paid account handling may differ from free account handling. Subscription terms, billing status, and applicable law may affect retention or access decisions.

Bundle managers are responsible for subscription charges, seat management, chargebacks, invite controls, and sub-user activity within their bundle.

Each sub-user must accept the applicable agreements and disclaimers separately before using the platform.
